When are you open?
Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.
We do have extended opening hours for specific events so please check your invoice to see if this applies to your graduation.
When will I get my bond back?
Bonds are usually processed within 10 working days of receiving your returned regalia.
If you have not received your bond refund within this time frame, please email your order number and request for refund to info@academicdresshire.co.nz
I’m not attending graduation anymore – can I cancel or defer my order?
If you are graduating at a later date, we can defer your order until a later date.
If you would like to cancel or defer your order, please email invoice number and request to info@academicdresshire.co.nz.
For cancellations, there is a $10 cancellation fee.
Do you have parking?
There is some paid street parking available on George Street. The closest car park is at the Auckland Museum (approx seven minute walk).
Where are you?
We are located at 17 George Street, Newmarket. We are next to the Domain and Museum.
