New Zealand Contemporary Art Award, sponsored by NZ Contemporary Arts Trust

One award of $5000 will be offered annually to a female or male enrolled in the third year or above of a degree or post-graduate degree in a Visual Arts-related area. Thanks to the generosity of Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Art Gallery, the Award also includes a 12-month membership to the Gallery.

Westferry Rick Sowman Educational Award

Te Whare Whakapiki Wairua Mana Wahine Alcohol and Other Drugs Court Judges’ Award, sponsored by Gattung Foundation

Thanks to the generous support of the Gattung Foundation, this award is intended to support wāhine and help them forge their futures using their lived recovery experience to assist those who come after them. The funding will recognise the hard work, outstanding contribution and change-making potential demonstrated by a graduate of the AODTC.

Nominees for the Award will be put forward for consideration by the lead Judge with oversight of the AODTC, in consultation with the other AODTC Judges.

Bed Bath & Beyond Manurewa High School Scholarship

One award of $5000 will be offered annually to assist a Manurewa High School student who is planning to enroll in a three or four year degree course at a NZ tertiary institute. The Award will be paid in three instalments, $1000 for the first year, then $2000 per annum for the two subsequent years of study.
