This is the 9th year of the annual Kate Edger Foundation creative School Competition sponsored by Timeless Images photography.  The entries we received emphasised the amazing pool of young talent in our community.  The judges were very impressed with the variety and creativity in the interpretation of this year’s theme “Our Pathways”.

As the Kate Edger Foundation celebrates 21 years of empowering women through education, this year’s theme was about exploring our pathways such as the people, experiences, places and/or challenges/opportunities that have influenced our paths and inspire our futures.

Thank you to all our entrants who took the time to express their ideas and creativity, and congratulations to our finalists and winners.

The Kate Edger Foundation would like to thank our judges for the time and effort they put into the difficult task of selecting the winning entries:

  • Lisa Harrington – Sponsor and owner of Timeless Images photography
  • Ru Wilkie – Management Consultant and Kate Edger Foundation Trustee
  • Carmel Bennett – MusicHelps Coordinator and generous sponsor of the Master of Music Therapy Award
  • Christina Sayers Wickstead – Project founder of NZ Women’s Global Inspiration Project, Innovator/Communicator/Director of numerous projects.
  • Lisa Turvey – Operations Manager at The Graduation Place and photographer
